F.A.Q:

What programs/mediums do you use?
On PC I use Krita with a Wacom Intuos PT S tablet. On phone/ipad I use Ibis Paint X cause comfy :3
Can I use your art as my icon / banner?
Please credit me so people can find my art! Do not manipulate/edit my work in any way besides scaling/cropping. Please ask if you are unsure.
Can I use your art as my wallpaper?
Yes ! No need to ask :)
Can I repost your art?
Please add my name in the credits together with the platform people can find me on if you do repost. If I'm already on that platform just reblog my existing post so people have direct access to me!
Do you take commissions?

Yes, but I'm a very nervous person so I don't know if it would work out..

When did you start drawing?
Good question, I've drawn since I was a child, but I started trying to gain an online presence probably around 2017-2018
Who's that in your drawings? Is that your persona?
Yyyyyyyes, kind of! This is my original character, Strawb! She is a strawberry demon, who was summoned into our world by someone who wanted a true friend! Things erm... didn't go well, but she managed to get out of that contract and find the real person, who needed her! Most of the time she's just my oc, but sometimes she's used to portray me in drawings. I guess if I ever got into Vtubing, she would also probably be my avatar! (even though I'd still call myself Frab)
So I guess she might be my persona on occassion, but mainly she's just my girlie that I peaked with (will I ever make a design this catchy again? ;w;)
What are your interests other than drawing?

GENERAL:

1.1 Please provide references and descriptions for the commission! Poses, expressions, the mood of the piece, you can use text descriptions, doodles, photo references, color codes or 3d models to convey what you want. The more, the better! :)
1.2. You can give full artistic freedom to me for the commission. This means that for whatever size/type you pay for I am allowed to draw whatever i want.
2.1. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I don't have to provide a reason why, but I will notify you about it.
2.2. If you are rude to me throughout my work with you I have the right to stop work with you indefinitely after finishing what you paid for originally.
3.1. The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise prior. The pricing may change for art created for commercial use.
3.2. You can only use artwork you commissioned for commercial use!
4. I reserve my full ownership of the art commission. This means that my art still belongs to me after payment.
5. I will post your finished commission and use it for my portfolio unless asked not to during the commissioning process. I may also not post every commission if I choose not to for any reason.
6.1 You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission.
6.2 You are not allowed to erase my watermarks, claim that you drew my art or reupload it. Art theft is not tolerated!
6.3 You can use my art for inspiration and studying. However, if you trace my art for these purposes, please be honest about that and don't post it for your sake.
7.1 If you want to use my art for an icon, header, etc. you have to ask me directly. Unless I publicly give you the permission to do so, always assume that it's a no.
7.2. With my permission you can use my art for those things with proper credit! This means that you have to include text saying "Art credit: [Item] by Fraberry" with a working link to my socials/carrd.
7.3 You are not allowed to use my original characters for icons/headers/etc.
8. If you ever see my work used without my permission, please let me know!
9. If I am temporarily unable to work on your commission for any reason, I will notify you. Please be patient with me as I work on it.
10.1 The art I create for you, have on my pages and blogs or create live on streams or videos cannot be used for training AI. Breaking this rule will result in a block, blacklisting from me and possibly other artists. This means that I will no longer accept any commissions from you.
10.2. I do not allow my work to be used for NFT or crypto.

PAYMENT:

• Payments will be made using Boosty through PayPal or other available methods.
• If you don't use USD or rubles, let me know if you need help figuring out my prices.
• I only work with full prepayment! This means that after we agree on what will be on the drawing i expect you to pay first before i start the work.
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I have accepted your commission and we agreed on all the details!
• If during the process (after the original sketch) you realize you want **extra details or multiple details changed, I have the right the charge you extra.
• I will not be able to give you a refund, so please make sure you are able to make this purchase prior to contacting me or paying for the art. If you have any doubts or worries about the payment, please talk to me about them!
• Backing out on a commission before payment is sent is completely a-okay as long as you communicate with me! :)
